Tom's (Tpw), Ocean Kayak Prowler 13 Angler

Tom's fish finder base was made using the flush mount from a cheap rod holder, the extension piece and base for the Finder mount was built from a nylon cutting board, the two pieces of nylon were glued and screwed together. Tom finds this modified finder mount brings the display closer to his seated position, is adjustable for height and angle thus keeping everything clear of his size 11 boots. The mount can be dismantled and stowed away in seconds for those difficult beach landings.

Gareth Bowen's (GB) Tarpon 140

Mike (Maidstonemike), Bic Tobago

The Bic Tobago has some interesting features, the centre console style childs seat and built in trolley wheel for easy transportation, not the easiest kayak to fit out for fishing and Mike has yet to take a drill to her but that doesn't stop him fishing.

Chris's (Clooty) Sevylor DiveYak XK2020

Inflatable kayak, with 2.5hp Honda outboard as safety backup. Certain care has to be taken when using an inflatable kayak, the valves can be easily knocked causing chamber deflation, they are also highly susceptible to the wind. The good points are that all this kit fits in the boot of a family sized saloon.
